La Mecànica, a performing arts company from Mallorca,
will be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe 2025!

We are looking for a place to stay in Edinburgh from July 28th to August 26th, 2025.
Ideally, we need 3 or 4 bedrooms (4 people in total but two people can share a double bed).

Welcome to our family home, located in Es Pont d'Inca, just a short distance from Palma by bus or train.

Our spacious and bright apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay, with plenty of natural sunlight filling the rooms.

It offers 3 comfortable bedrooms (with double beds), 1 bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace where you can unwind.

Our home is cozy, yet very spacious, ideal for a family (we are parents and two daughters). We also have two friendly cats, Milo and Zoe, who will need feeding during your stay.

The location is quiet and peaceful, but also very convenient.
The bus and train stations are just 1 minute away, making it easy to get to Palma or explore nearby areas. There’s a public parking area just 2 minutes from the apartment, where you'll always find a spot. In the neighbourhood, you’ll find essential services such as a pharmacy just 2 minutes away, a supermarket 5 minutes away, and several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Neighbourhood

Our apartment is in a small village, which has almost become a suburb of Palma. There is nothing special about the village except for its convenient location, you can be at the sea or airport in 15 minutes, and up in the mountains in just over 20 mins. Access to train and bus services are very close.

Palma is an 8 min train ride away. Taking the train towards Inca, you have the Festival Outlet shopping center, as well as many beautiful villages along the way. The village has a farmer's market on Friday mornings in the church square. Theatres and music venues are mainly in Palma or the villages around the island.

Preferences

We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect, making yourself as comfortable as possible. Our two cats are friendly and independent, so feel free to give them some attention. We would ask guests to feed them daily and empty their litter boxes every couple of days. Smoking is not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, as we live in a quiet neighbourhood. We have some plants inside and in the terrace that would appreciate being watered. After your stay, we’d expect the house the be left clean and tidy before leaving. Bins are over the road, and recycling a short walk either direction. Feel free to use energy wisely by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. If you plan to have any visitors over, just let us know.
